It was composed only of creations of French&nbsp;composers and&nbsp;friends of&nbsp;Sophie, the&nbsp;album revolves around this theme&nbsp;\u201c<strong>Alive<\/strong>\u201d: what makes us feel alive and happy to be\u2026<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube aligncenter wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Alive -- Sophie Binet-Budelot (Teaser)\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1Q7L1GTrDOU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure><p>The new, unique elements of this second album are : the bass guitar for the \u201crock\u201d style and vocal accompaniment. Voices blend so well with the tenor horn. The singers are accompanied by cello and congas in one of the pieces.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Singers: <strong>Marie Royer<\/strong> (mezzo), <strong>Ga\u00eblle Fran\u00e7ois<\/strong> (soprano), <strong>Lucile Bailly<\/strong> (alto)<\/li><li>Cello: <strong>St\u00e9phanie Mouchet<\/strong><\/li><li>Congas: <strong>Alexandre Roussel<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>In \u201c<strong>Alive<\/strong>\u201d, we find four musicians who were part of Sophie Binet-Budelot&#8217;s first album project \u201c<strong>Adventure<\/strong>\u201d:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sophie Th\u00e9venard<\/strong> (marimba, vibraphone)<\/li><li><strong>Pierre-Antoine Savoyat<\/strong> (flugelhorn)<\/li><li><strong>David Maillot<\/strong> (bass saxhorn)<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sophie-bb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Alive-2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-730\"\/><\/figure><\/div><p>\u00ab&nbsp;<strong>Alive<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb offers:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Two compositions by <strong>Pierre-Antoine Savoyat<\/strong>: a piece for tenor horn, voices, congas and a trio for flugel horn, tenor horn, bass saxhorn<\/li><li>A composition by <strong>Thierry Thibault<\/strong> for tenor horn and electric bass<\/li><li>A composition by <strong>Thibaut Bruniaux<\/strong> for tenor horn and vibraphone<\/li><li>A composition by <strong>J\u00e9r\u00e9my Chmielarz<\/strong> for tenor horn, voice, vibraphone and electric bass<\/li><\/ul><p>For this second album, <strong>Sophie Binet-Budelot<\/strong> has also started writing.
